By using sage.training, subscribing to our emails, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Who This Platform Is For

Sage Training is intended for adults 18 and older who are committed to long-term physical function. It is not intended for minors.

Not Medical Advice

Sage Training is built and operated by a practitioner and philosopher, not a medical professional. Thirty years of discipline is the credential behind this platform, not a clinical certification. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before beginning any new physical training program, particularly if you have an existing health condition.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised, at the address below.

Conduct With Other Members

Signal Fire, our opt-in member directory and messaging feature, exists to help members find real training partners and support, not for solicitation, harassment, or abuse. Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward another member; sending unwanted sexual content or advances; spamming or soliciting sales; and impersonating another person are all prohibited, whether in a profile, a tag, or a message.

You are solely responsible for what you post to your directory profile and for what you send to other members. We do not review profiles, tags, or messages before other members can see them.

Block and report tools are available inside Signal Fire. A report is reviewed by our team, the same way any other message sent to us is reviewed, but reporting does not obligate us to take any specific action. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating this section at our discretion, consistent with the Termination section below.

Content and Intended Use

Programs, sessions, and written material on this platform are for your own personal use. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing content from this platform without our permission is not permitted.

Purchases

Sage Training does not currently sell any paid products or programs through this platform. This section will be updated with specific purchase and refund terms before any paid product becomes available.

Termination

You may stop using the platform and unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No Warranty

This platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from following the training or philosophy presented here.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage Training is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of this platform or participation in any training described here. Train within your own limits and judgment.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let subscribers know directly.
